Shipping

All items are made to order so a lead time of 5-15 business days is expected.


Shipping is charged at R110 to all South African provinces. Shipping is free for orders over R1600. 

Express production and shipping of 3-5 business days can be arranged at an additional cost. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Items can be returned and exchanged for store credit or other items.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery, provided that they have not been worn/damaged.

Shipping will need to be organised by the buyer and the exchange will be provided if the item is still in it’s original condition with the original packaging.

 

No returns or exchanges for swimwear, jewellery, custom orders and sale items.

  • EYES

    Eyes are typically soft and cool, with colours like grey-blue, soft green, cool hazel, or muted grey.

    Skin tones can range from very fair to deep, but always with cool, blue, or pink undertones. Common shades include porcelain, cool beige, olive, or deep cool brown.

  • HAIR

    Hair is usually dark and rich, such as jet black, deep brown, or dark ash brown. Lighter hair in Winter types tends to be very cool, like platinum blonde.

  • EYES

     Eyes are often bright and clear, with colours like icy blue, cool grey, deep brown, or intense green. They often have a sharp contrast with the whites of the eyes.
